What it is
The counterpart to the programmes, not a substitute.
One session, one idea
Each session takes a single idea seriously rather than surveying a field, and works through what a team could do differently with it.
Open across the organisation
Not restricted to the person who normally attends innovation events. Sessions are pitched so that a finance lead, an engineer and an operations manager all get something from the same hour.
Recurring, not occasional
A series with a rhythm, so it becomes something teams plan around rather than notice afterwards.
