Programmes · AI
AI training built on what has already worked here.
Two programmes at different levels — one for leaders implementing AI strategically, one for anyone in a member company who wants to work more productively with it. IRDG has run AI programmes since the start of 2025, with over 500 people through them.
The two programmes
Strategy, or the working week.
They solve different problems. One is about what the organisation does with AI; the other is about how individuals use it in their own work.
AI Transformation for Business Leaders
Who it is for. Business leaders who already have a foundational understanding of AI and are now looking to implement it strategically.
Why it exists. The gap in most organisations is no longer awareness. It is the distance between knowing AI matters and having decided what to change, who owns it, what to measure and what to stop doing. This programme works on that distance.
Dates, duration, format and rates are on the booking page, which is always the current source.
AI for Personal Productivity
Who it is for. Anyone in a member company who wants to use AI to work more productively.
What it does. Works through the recurring time sinks in day-to-day work and introduces the AI tools that address them. Practical rather than strategic, built around participants' own working week.
Dates, duration, format and rates are on the booking page.
Why take AI training from IRDG
Built on programmes that have already run here.
Over 500 people since January 2025
IRDG has run AI programmes continuously since the start of 2025, with over 500 people through them, and revised the content as the tools and the questions changed. It reflects what has worked with Irish operating companies.
Sector-mixed rooms
IRDG members span 24 sectors. An AI session with a medtech quality lead, a food manufacturer and a software company in it produces better questions than a single-sector cohort does.
Assessed and badged
The AI courses are assessed and validated before they run and badged on completion. Where CPD accreditation applies, the approving body and hours are confirmed at booking.
Funding
Eligible companies can access Skillnet-supported rates.
IRDG Innovation Skillnet, supported by Skillnet Ireland, subsidises training for eligible companies. Eligibility and the funded rate are set out on the Skillnet page and confirmed at booking.

Who to ask
Ask about a course, a cohort or in-company delivery.
Josh runs IRDG Innovation Skillnet and can tell you which programme fits, when the next cohort runs, what it costs after Skillnet support, and whether an in-company version makes more sense for your team.

Before you book
Not sure which level your team needs?
Tell us where the organisation is with AI and we will say which programme fits — or whether a private cohort makes more sense.
